A well renovated original Edwardian home with good land size, hill position and lifestyle options - rear access for car garaging is another key plus here. Wattle Valley Road does carry traffic, yet it is close to the Maling Road shopping precinct and local schools. Floor plan works quite well - downstairs the rear open plan living area and kitchen arrangement is a highlight, connecting seamlessly to the backyard. Upstairs the layout is a little weak, with sloping ceilings and narrow-ish hallways. Some may like a bedroom downstairs - this could be achieved by taking up the front sitting room area possibly.
