Comments on 43 Neill Street CARLTON

Rating an inner city warehouse is never straightforward - nearly all of them are unique in shape, style and feel and this property is no different.

Designed around a triangular shaped parcel, this warehouse still manages to create a space that is open and functional which is what the majority of buyers of these styles of properties are after. Although it is south facing, the potential lack of light is offset well by properly positioned skylights and liberal use of windows.

While not a family home, a professional couple could enjoy this location and style of property, with the extra office/bedroom offering flexibility. There is no ensuite upstairs, however the nature of this home will probably not make it a deal-breaker for interested parties.

How do you price this home with a view to buying it? If all warehouses are different (in sometimes major ways) it is a more involved process than your average single-fronted home in Carlton. Value to one buyer will be different to the next so this may be more about actually how to buy it than who has the most money in the end.
