Comments on 49 Fitzgerald Street BALWYN

A modern executive home, which is built to an above-average standard and offers good lifestyle options for a modern family. Taller-than-average ceilings, wide hallways, good garage size and double glazing to most windows are among the key pluses here. The floorplan flows well, and bedroom separation is very good. Concerns for some could be the lack of privacy from the front down to the north side of the house (although fencing and landscaping could remedy this), and the fact that the house does sit a little down at the front, which affects street presence, although the façade is quite good. Fitzgerald is a good local street; it is walking distance to Greythorn Primary and local shops, although it is just outside the Balwyn High School zone.
