A very good feel to this original period home, which is hard to replicate. Floor plan works well (everything seems to be in the right place) and while a cosmetic renovation is due to utility areas, the house is very livable. Close proximity to Cabrini, limited street appeal and dated utility areas (no ensuite), would be among buyers concerns. That all said, this has plenty of upside.

This home has a good feel and single level works for most families. Front formal rooms are a good size and there is an open plan kitchen/family area with good views to the pool and garden. Lacking an ensuite, but still two bathrooms. Liveable but would benefit from a good cosmetic upgrade. Carbine is at the end of the street and does impact on street scape and may impact on traffic. However, close to Glenferrie shops, the trams and station which also provides easy access to some of Melbourne's best schools.
