
This is a very nicely renovated apartment in a AAA St Kilda location. I first saw this property about 5 years ago, and since then, the owners have done a great renovation that has completely changed the feel to something very contemporary and smooth. The third bedroom is a little small, but it has great views, balcony access and a bathroom that is more or less dedicated to it alone that overrides any potential negatives. (I think I'd get over it quickly if it were mine.) 667/1000 is a big rating for an apartment. Comparable-sized properties I have seen over the last few weeks have rated much lower due to lack of any real excitement about the property itself. Even if the views have been there they are just not in the same class of style. Who is this for? It reminds me of programs like 'Selling LA' and 'Selling NY' and 'Selling London' where a lot of inner city apartment dwellers are families wth younger kids. This could be a property for a family with older children, but it would be more than likely a couple wanting to enjoy the lifestyle St Kilda offers.
