Comments on 522 Balcombe Road BLACK ROCK

This is a mixed bag of a home for me. It has plenty of space, with a tennis court and pool and lots of rooms. For some the minimal street frontage may be a bonus re privacy. For me the block slope restricts this home to teenagers only; but then the home is a fair way from public transport, making the place a bit of a backwater for teenages. This may be a good thing for some, because the rooms, the tennis court and the pool would bring in the freeloaders. The pool is a little remote from the kitchen, but other than that the kitchen is the hub of the living areas and the tennis court, making that a plus. The bathrooms are all in the right place. But the build is average in quality and a bit dated. As for that price tag in Black Rock. It is big land so you will have to work out if the ask is fair money or not. But are neighbouring homes selling for $3m? One piece of trivia, this is only the second time I have seen a home pool with a diving board in the past 5 years of home viewing.
