A small family home - with nothing to do but move in. Great alfresco area leading off large kitchen/family room.  Families with children may miss the benefit of a second living area (there isn't one).  The south facing rear, in conjunction with the alfresco area, reduces natural light to the living area, though this has been tended to with the introduction of a large skylight in the middle of the room.

Entrance to house look straight into the main bathroom, which is not ideal.  The main bathroom is compact with the shower inside the bath and a large pane of glass protecting the bathroom from water spray.  This screen may make bathing small children difficult as there is not much room betwen the screen and the vanity.

Bedroom sizes are not large, but have good robe space and are all positioned to the front of the property. Laundry size is good for this sized home and the garage (for one) has secure access to the house via the laundry and a roller door at the front and rear, providing easy access to the back garden.
