This attractive double-fronted Edwardian family home is located in one of Elsternwick's better streets. With its proximity to schools, shops and transport it will appeal to family buyers. Internally the floor plan is a bit awkward, and whilst the bedrooms have good separation to the family room, there is no connection to the kitchen and outside areas. The rear backyard also felt disproportionally small to the rest of the property, particularly given the balanced proportions of the front garden.
