Comments on 7 Alfred Street KEW

This is a quirky modern family home. But whether buyers will appreciate the architect's zany vision is the big question here. Many will enjoy walking through and exploring this home but may struggle to work out how they would live in it. The circular bedrooms and living areas will be difficult to furnish. The bedrooms are a little small and have limited storage. The position of the house on the block is good and the north-south tennis court is a big plus, however there really is no outdoor yard area or place for pool.  It's hard though to fault the location - the quiet, cul-de-sac end of the street which is one of Kew's best. And the land size is good - even though a little narrow.
