Comments on 7 Caerleon Court EAGLEMONT

7 Caerleon Court has a really good feel to it: it’s warm and inviting, with a lovely south-east outlook and light-filled living spaces. With no particular part of the home that needs any immediate update, it’s ready to inhabit. The floorplan is a bit tricky, with lots of doors and lots of rooms, but to be fair that does also present a few different options for reconfiguring the home if desired. The kitchen and bathrooms are fine, with the position of the bathrooms allowing for the possibility of turning one of them into an ensuite at some point - it would make sense to do this with the existing master bedroom, as it also the largest. The grounds are leafy and private and provide a nice forum for entertaining or for the kids to play. Some buyers may see the property as a land-only opportunity, but it does also offer a good chance to buy into Eaglemont at this level.
