Comments on 7 Cumberland Street EAGLEMONT

Positively speaking this is a great position you could walk to everything park, train and shops. The street is tree lined and the home sits proud. The floorplan and flow is good. Where it needs some work is the colours and textures of the home - they need to reflect light more (plaster and/or white) to appeal to the majority of potential buyers and the slope from front to back including back yard would rule out those that are getting older and perhaps there are better alternatives for tiny tots. Overall a good family home for teenagers.
