Comments on 7 Frederick Street BALWYN

In a popular Balwyn location, this commanding French Provincial-inspired modern home provides plenty of accommodation and is ideally suited to a larger family. With the house sitting up nicely from the street the first impressions are good, particularly if you like this style of home. The floorplan is hard to fault – everything is in the right place, and there is lots of room for formal and informal entertaining. While on paper the land size is just okay, it is evident once inside that it has been cleverly designed to pack in a lot on a relatively compact footprint. The backyard is quite private and also enjoys a prized north-facing rear orientation, which is another big tick. As good as the kitchen is, some may consider that it lacks a butler's pantry, and being built over three levels with no lift could rule out older buyers. The big question mark here will be price. In recent times the market has been good for such offerings, particularly those in the Balwyn High School Zone.
