
Hedderwick Street has clearly been a much-loved family home and appears to have been added onto as family needs required over the years. That has resulted in an awkward floorplan that seems to have no obvious fix. As such we have rated this home as a land only opportunity. The land itself is lovely and wide but not deep, making it perhaps suited to a new double-storey home to allow the backyard to be kept to a reasonable size; a larger single-storey home might struggle to retain much yard space. There are plenty of lovely homes in the street, but parkland and rail transport are not too close. The home is comfortable as it is and does offer good accommodation, so we may well see a home buyer take advantage of what is likely to be almost entry-level to the area.
