Comments on 80 Argo Street SOUTH YARRA

The benefit of a double-fronter comes in to play at no. 80, with just enough house for a family to find their own space when needed. The pleasant entrance has a high ceiling and a skylight to keep it bright. The passage narrows as you move through, but front-to-back flow is generally fine. The bedrooms and the front study all have good separation and a family with two children can be comfortably accommodated. The bathroom feels like it could have been laid out better and contains the internal laundry, but it is neatly tucked away with some good storage in place. A meals area and family room have good separation too. There is room for a car at the back. Some may be tempted to think they could squeeze in two cars but the narrow lane at the rear won’t allow that. There won't be much room left for outdoor dining with a car parked, but at least there are options either way and it is quite private considering the location. Anyway, with Argo Reserve literally across the road, it would be easy to ‘borrow’ a few square metres of grass for a spontaneous family picnic. There is a bit to chew on here; this home could be flexible enough to suit a family's needs for a good number of years.
