This Italianate Victorian is a very nice property, and if you are a buyer ready for a project, then you could do worse than to buy this. The house is sound although it could do with some updating. And the original period features are in excellent order - for instance the vaulted ceilings in the principle rooms are very special. As time moves forward I believe this property will only become more valuable. Other pluses are car access, a pretty facade and a good rear yard space. The south facing rear and the street, which does carry some traffic at speed, may be of concern.
