This property is ultra modern, in an area that is slowly redeveloping.  The kitchen/family room is the key here - great size, full of natural light and overlooking the pool. The generous ceiling heights add to the feeling of space, along with the wide halls and stairs.  Upstairs feels a little closed-in, but the bedroom sizes are very good and there is plenty of cupboard space.  The fourth bedroom is downstairs and runs straight off the kitchen area. It would perhaps serve better as a guest bedroom, but this would make the home less suitable for families with three children.  Not quite just round the corner, but the home is still an easy walk to Sandringham Village, station and beach.  The most recent sale in Sandringham Road was June last year: a fully renovated Californian Bungalow on almost 100sqm more land and closer to the shops, which sold for $1.825 million.  It will be interesting to see where this finishes up.
