
If you are looking for a very cool city pad with lots of wow, this could be it. The entertaining and outdoor areas are fabulous. I like the oak flooring, the theatre room, the pool, huge garage, and the quality fittings throughout. The location close to Punt Rd may be an issue for some, but there are options for other ways to and from home. Fawkner Park is very close, but I'd say people on this side of Punt Rd probably don't venture too often to the other side to go to the park. One issue that we always take account of in our ratings system is the risk associated with new builds. Which is not to say that the build quality is poor or the builder no good, but the question is whether it will stand the test of time compared to other homes in the precinct that may date back 80-100 years. From a lifestyle point of view though, there are lots of positives to enjoy here.
