No heritage on house but in area

Almost like an exclusive resort or family set up

Main house is period clean and good master with not too much other accommodation - a number of outbuildings that could accomodate troublesome teenagers, an annoying grannie or the husband who can do no right.

It's all about the land - it's huge - but not overly risky as its dividable (STCA) - just don't build across the divide line if resale may be on the cards. If you build across then you may well have capitalisation issues
