If the railway isn't important and you don't mind having a large number of neighbours (flats to the south side), then this property probably has most things that families desire. Good bedroom separation (upstairs and down), multiple living areas, numerous bathrooms, a gym, bar, pool, designer garden. A couple of the bedrooms could bigger and it doesn't have the home theatre that a lot of new builds are including these days, but most families could probably cope with the current offering! Located in one of Beaumaris' premier streets, this home is an easy walk to the Concourse shops and the beach. Sure to appeal to many, however, pricing is important here, as there are fewer homes in Beaumaris at this price level.
