Comments on 207 Kooyong Road TOORAK

I am assuming you know the location - after all its Kooyong Road Toorak - the quieter part of Kooyong Road - next to most things school connected.

It's a big land size and a tennis court, however both those are mostly at the front - before you arrive at the home and so for me - well it tends to not be as good, as if the land size and court were mostly after you got to the home.

So the home - I like it - its well, homely - its well designed and finished - the noise around the designer who has left us, is of some justification. His work has a richness about it - but I'll stop there, lest I begin to sound over the top. It's good.

I also like the backyard - the plantings, the feel, the proportions and the interconnections between inside and outside - works for entertaining, for the quiet coffee and paper, for children supervision.

Plenty of bathrooms, a few steps and no lift - plenty of feel - but also some cracks above sills.

All the action is out the back of this home and my main question is the price - is there enough rear action for the asking quote?
