Single level townhouses are in short supply and high demand, especially with downsizers.  This is no exception, ticking the boxes with double garaging, single level, two living areas and three bedrooms.

Living areas wrap around the extremities with a walk through kitchen and utilities such as the laundry are in the centre. This leaves a garden view to each of the areas.  The main bedroom is at the rear, also with an outlook to the private, landscaped garden - bathed in northerly sun the day we visited.  This configuration gives the home a resort feel.  The dividers between some rooms are more like partitions, for example, that separating the WIR from the master bedroom, and to the study - which is central to the home but not enclosed or devoid of natural light.

In a quiet pocket of Beaumaris, yet around a kilometre walk to the beach and Black Rock Village this feels like a welcoming and quiet place, low maintenance and with good lock up and leave potential. To be picky, a couple of steps up from the entry to the living areas and hall break the flow a little, and might not be ideal if mobility is a concern.

There are few single level townhouse options available, let alone one such as this that has the unique feel of a house in a townhouse package and rarity alone may have an impact on demand.
