I have been to many homes in Beacon Cove and without wanting to sound like a salesman I think this is the best. Why?
Position: For me it’s everything you want – you don’t feel enclosed by everything like so many in this area do – it’s also close to the park as well as the water - and the shops and light rail are not that far away.
Overall the area is close to CBD – this is a really good location. I think the lighthouse ads a certain Je ne sais quoi but it works
Price: I think the quote may be a little light – but who knows its interesting times – anyway even at $2m and some it still makes sense to me based on what else I have seen and what it has ultimately gone for.
Property: I rarely say this in Beacon Cove as they all feel so straight out of a plastic printer – but not this one. I actually like the design and feel and most of all the light.
Upstairs, being critical, another foot or two of ceiling height would have helped, but the bedrooms work well.
Downstairs is what I really like – the flow, the feel, the garden view and the north light – they are normally lacking, even non-existent in homes in this area – 60 Beacon Vista is a rare one for Beacon Cove and not easily repeatable.
A well above average Beacon Cove home at possibly an average price – fingers crossed.
