An interesting block with a good feel if you like the style - heritage is unclear at time of visit and the building etc works for a downsizer or entry level buyer who wants to be close to everything and doesn't mind a house with compromises, such as flow and floor plan, if the price is right. Still reckon its best use is as a medical surgery - can see the waiting room - knock down garage and enlarge car park (STCA) and of course Cabrini is staring you in the face - yep for me that is its best use.

The property was passed in to Bidder two who made one bid of $1,920,000.  Negotiations Continued inside. Sold After
