Wow! Situated not far from the beach, this high quality, cleverly-designed home really makes a statement. Having the pool as a central point around which the house curves is quite unique. Although the rear is south-facing, it receives good natural light, even in less-than-perfect weather conditions (as there were whilst inspecting). While some buyers may feel that the upstairs rooms lack privacy, the downstairs living and pool areas are very private. Located in one of Beaumaris' premier streets, the position provides easy access both to the beach and concourse, although the distance from any station may be a concern for those who are regular public transport users. 8 Point Avenue would be suitable both for professional couples or those with teenage/older children. Homes at this level are more commonly found in Brighton, however, this home does tug on the heartstrings and for the long-term buyer will provide a lifestyle opportunity in a great beachside location.
