Our rating scale goes from 0 to 1000. Homes that score 600+ are strong prospects. Those that reach 750+ – that is a premium performer.

Legally every property listing in Victoria must include a Statement of Information (SOI) – a government-mandated document outlining an indicative price guide and three comparable sales. While this may seem like a helpful tool for buyers, the reality is often quite different. In practice, the SOI can create confusion or false confidence, as it tends to overlook the nuanced, dynamic elements that actually influence what a property will sell for.
