Good block size although its slightly irregular. There is excellent street width which appeals to most peoples emotions and added to that if you like 1960s/1970s then the home itself presents well from the street on all fronts especially the façade.
As you enter the home you do have a sense of going back in time.
For me there was also a real feeling of freshness and light.
Flow and floorplan was fairly typical for a high calibre home of this period - not a stand out in terms of space and proportions but certainly still very good.
Finishes I will leave to one's individual taste.
And so we move to the rear yard - tennis court with a pool in between - WOW. This set up and the openness of the rear floorplan makes this an ideal entertaining and older family home.
