This is a family sized townhouse in a family friendly area. It should appeal to a variety of buyer profiles as the design and proportions of this home mean there are not too many rooms and what is there is spacious enough in size to enhance the flow around the home.

This home has a good feel for what it is.

It's low maintenance with good light and security and storage offered by a double garage. With its own street frontage and own land (according to the agent) the demand for rental properties such as this should be ongoing in this area as it's walking distance to university, schools and 2 popular shopping strips with train stations as well as a major arterial road for easy access around the city.
