Centrally located to all things Toorak.
Property
This is a 2 bedroom not a 3, but it does have a courtyard. Floorplan and architect are above average quality, although no building inspection has been done - client is happy to not do one.The big plus is light, it is on the north side and this is what makes it a good apartment.
Price
The price is strong but within acceptable levels and an offer has already been made with another offer at $2.6m.
If we buy at $2.7m then at 181 sqm (agent measurement) we are at $15,000 per sqm. For second hand apartments in Toorak $12,000 to $15,000 per sqm is acceptable.
So, we are at the Top end but this apartment does have good parking, a lift and a courtyard included and there are only 3 on the block.
