There are very few homes I walk into and go Wow.
 
This home has tremendous WOW – and yet no views, it’s modern from a volume builder, the finishes are good but not exceptional and many would describe it as a plain Jane or plain Jim.
 
It is not – it is far from the norm, for what the modern family is dished up.
 
Yet it is almost exactly what a modern family wants – maybe perfection would have been a better garage to laundry to kitchen connection – but it is still pretty good.
 
Why is this home so good?
 
It’s the fundamentals of PPP – you know its location – really good – access to all things from CBD to schools to all local shops etc and to transport and ….. and the land is ok. Price will be what it will be – let’s focus on the building.
 
And before we start, the building is already over a decade old – but feels like it was built last year and it has an east west orientation – my favourite – allows even more north light in and all the living areas are to the north side. The façade is plain – not its strongest point – will date a little – but the smart buyer will be old and grey by the time they move again – this is a forever home!

For the ages of all -  you can grow into from young children, to older children to stay at home longer than wanted children to leave home and return children to never leave children to children and grandchildren. All whilst those poor parents can survive with their life and some special freedoms and the even if those parents need some space from each other, then this floorplan allows that.
