Price: $3.2-3.5 million

Position: The location is hard to beat if you want to be near Maling Road, train and Strathcona etc. East-facing rear is quite good and you are far enough from the train and yet close enough to hear the gentle rattle.

Property: An old Vic double fronter that feels really solid.  Solid location and physically solid (STBI). It has an established feel, plenty of period traits and good neighbours. The flow is good up to the kitchen. The kitchen itself is a large space and you can sense there have been many casual conversations with friends and family in the room over the years, a hub full of good times. Some will wish to update.

The back of the home is a bit interesting, not sure how you feel about the master at the rear here – it isn’t my favourite part of the home – the living, meals and master does work, though an extension done today would likely approach things a bit differently.

The garage is a long way back, rather than at the rear parking may be inside the front gate and uncovered.

All up though, I keep returning to the strengths: high ceilings, firm under foot, good block, character.

Hasn't been a campaign in the street for 3 years so one to watch.
