Comments on 10 Victoria Street BRIGHTON

Great location in Brighton's Diamond Kilometre - close to beach, train and Church St shops. Land is ok for width but not oversized - easterly orientation but rear wing should bring in more northerly light that it appears to. Quality feel all the way through - with a  very good floorplan which while it is very formulaic; its hard to faults with living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms all in the right place inc downstairs bedroom with ensuite as well. Like the study at entrance to right and feeling of openness to the left formal welcoming room - can allow for guests even work visitors without going through the home. Downstairs basement is your typical big garage and entertainment room and the build is 5 years but it doesn't show -  except for the absence of a lift at this price point over 3 levels. Master is good with big WIR. Price well its land + new build costs + effort - the question is how much is Brighton land right now. When it gets to the right price it will be sold as it's a goodie.
