This Edwarian home has been quite well renovated, although trying to fit four bedrooms and a study into a house this size is a bit of a challenge. It may have been better to build another bathroom where the study is currently located and rather than two bedrooms upstairs with no bathroom, another bathroom would have been a good idea. It really depends on how many people are in the house and it would not break the bank now to make these renovations. House would probaly suit a young couple who wanted the luxury of living close to the water and parklands in this convenient area.
