Elwood Village is footsteps away. Elwood Secondary College and the beach are walking distance. But there is a block of apartments next door -but they're separated by a laneway which in turn provides triple car access to this property. This is a development opportunity. Flexibility in design will be needed as there is a double storey building on the north as well as a minimal width but long block.

Overall this feels like a reasonably private block if you want to redevelop rather than renovate the existing home so for those who like to research and plan, it may be time to get started.
