A good deep block with rear car access and a healthy measure of potential were my first impressions on walking through the door. My second thoughts was the amount of money that will need to be invested and how to best do this to make the most out of what is on offer here. Decisions on how to renovate will be all important to realize the potential, but understanding the market depth for a renovation opportunity will be the key to being the buyer.
