Stating the obvious it has a very distinct but also classic façade - it has good block width, some substantial rooms, good light and good light sources (side windows) despite not being placed ideally with regards to the north. Good block size with excellent rear access.
On the flip side despite the street's pedigree, you are on a roundabout and while the side street has some advantages - for some it may represent a slight unease at night - in a renovation the obvious would be bedrooms on the side away from the street and the living on the side street - light and noise/feeling of security issues are then both ticked off!!
It is a project for the buyer - sure, no problems in renting it out as is - but eventually the owner will renovate.
