Honest single level original home in a neat Malvern East street. Although liveable, this would benefit from renovation, particularly via a modern extension to the rear. Hill position not ideal - house does sit down a little from the street and this affects appeal to an extent,  Backyard is private and a good size yet the level of this is somewhat lower than the internal floor level of the house, making indoor/outdoor connection not ideal.  Rated as land only - with a clever renovation this could rate in the early 700's.
