Comments on 13 Briggs Street CAULFIELD

Ripe for renovation or replacement, the north facing rear is a real positive.   If renovating, the home has an attractive facade which should protect it in the future, however, the street is mixed with a variety of architecture.  There are four double storey units on the western boundary which currently overlook the rear garden, however, this may be improved with a well designed rear extension and landscaping.  Position is central to most things; the local shops catering for most need, a tram at the end of the street and is central to both the Bayside and Eastern suburbs.
