Comments on 133 New Street BRIGHTON

Solid Edwardian home which has good rooms at the front but after that it is really a bulldozer job. If this was Sussex St I'd have no problems plowing $1m to $1.5m into the renovations on this larger than average block of land; taking advantage of the westerly rear orientation. However this is New St which carries traffic and the railway can be heard - so would such an investment which this home does require be an overcapitalisation?
