Behind this beautiful early bluestone facade is a completely renovated contemporary residence.With the upstairs bedrooms offering good separation to living room and kitchen down stairs creating a layout that will appeal to many age groups. The attention to detail and clever use of space by the architect will surely appeal to many purchasers. The upstairs bedrooms offer good separation to living room and kitchen downstairs. To my way of thinking the living room with its tiled floor that extends out into the court yard may be a little cold in what should be the most popular room in the house? The master bedroom is a good size by today's inner city standards and is well complimented with an adjacent ensuite. The natural looking soft furnishings used compliment the hard finishes in the property and help create a sense of style.What will be a significant concern to all buyers may be large volumes of traffic passing the property and the noise it creates. This noise was clearly obvious to me well inside the property and the position of the court yard on the north west corner may lose its appeal with heavy traffic noise close by. Inner city living generally comes at a price and buyers will need to carefully weigh up the many plusses of this property against some obvious concerns.
