Comments on 15 Bonfield Avenue HAWTHORN EAST

This is a really good family home.

Yep it has its faults - but I really like it - the feel is good.

Tandem carport ok, without being great.

Slightly dominating neighbour to north.

Downstairs works for me - maybe a tad awkward between kitchen and living - but plenty of living.

I really like upstairs - the sense of being 'up there' - the sense of light and peace and space - young teenage boys/girls will like the almost tree house feel

The bottom part of the quote feels a tad low - not if you see this as land - but as home and land then should be stronger than 3.

Bonfield shows you don't need to be cutting edge - you can be rambling and big and feel really good.

Bonfield shows that a good home, built with love lasts - this is a loving home.

Please be a buyer who keeps the home.

I hope this doesn't go the way of Balwyn Buy and Build special, as the agent says there is no Heritage.
