This home provides comfortable living for those wanting to move into the Bayside area. There is flexibility to continue to develop the home as the family grows. The kitchen/family room has a good view over the rear garden and pool. The pool itself could be better positioned to one side in the yard rather than in the middle, however, there is still room around the pool for children to play. The family room/meals area would benefit from being slightly bigger, so thought needs to be made regarding placement of furniture. The second front living area is great for providing children with a separate living space. There is good bedroom separation between the main bedroom and others. Some may prefer the main bathroom to be bigger with a separate shower, rather than the current 'shower over bath' combination. Overall this home offers a practical family floor plan in a street that continues to be re-developed, within walking access to three parks, Spring Road shops and Highett Station.

A very good home, perhaps one bedroom short for some families but overall the position (in Highett's dress circle); the home and land package (clean and ready to move in) means that smaller family homebuyers who want to be not be too far away from the CBD will think seriously about this offering in the early millions.
