Comments on 16 Lynch Street BRIGHTON

A solid home that could do with an internal upgrade.  Only two bedrooms and a study, which may limit its appeal, however, you could convert the dining room into another bedroom if necessary.  Single storey a bonus with double garage undercover access to house.  Living room, kitchen and lounge have good access to north light/warmth.  A smaller block than parts of Brighton but typical for Lynch Street.  A cosmetic upgrade would improve this property.  Walking distance to Church Street shops & station.
