Designed and built by an owner architect this property is certainly different. The allotment has a North Western orientation and thus benefits from good afternoon sunlight. The property has been landscaped well and features mature gardens and a pond that wraps its way around the courtyard. The dwelling itself feels like more of a beach house than a city dwelling. Whist I do think the design works well I feel people will either be hot or cold on the choice of construction materials and this may limit buyers on re-sale. Definitely worth an inspection to make your own mind up. Good car access and parking from rear laneway. Excellent Port Melbourne location. Suitable for young professionals or investors.
