Comments on 17 Ascot Street MALVERN

If you are not a fan of exposed concrete bricks inside and out - this may not be your house. It certainly grabs your attention - in some ways it is overpowering. The construction and design was inspired by the National Gallery of Victoria and the 6 metre ceilings and sweeping views of water certainly remind you of the gallery. But we are now in a quiet corner of Malvern , just opposite Spring Road Gardens, with houses designed in a more traditional manner, so think "Who will be the next buyer"?.But if you like it - go for it - it has space, light and vision.
