Another plus is the direct entry from the garage, ideal when entering the home alone or allowing sleeping smaller children to remain in the car and be secure within the home. The main kitchen/living space has been cleverly designed to maximise space, with features such as a recessed television area and a longer galley-style kitchen that provides plenty of bench space. The home presents two living options, both of which are downstairs; the addition of a door to the front family room would however allow for greater separation and privacy. The upstairs works well, with four bedrooms available; smaller families might use the rear bedroom as another living zone. This home is a good lock-and-leave, low-maintenance option. Ormond Station is within walking distance, as are Princes Park, EE Gunn Reserve and the local primary school. Price might be a concern for buyers as this is a smaller parcel of land with a shared wall, and there is a fair bit of 'house' in the overall price of the property.
