I can’t exactly explain why, but there is a calm, yet sophisticated feeling to this home.  Maybe it is the high ceilings and the ample natural light.  Maybe it is the easy flow from the front to the back.  It is definitely a grown ups house.

Downstairs feels spacious and well thought out, with the master suite tucked away from the front entry and soaring ceilings in the formal living room. A pleasant outlook to the family room is provided by the lap pool and its background of plants.  With so much space given over to the living areas, the kitchen felt a little small, but I think it is almost an optical illusion as the size is definitely adequate.

Upstairs does the job of providing a few extra bedrooms and a spare living/study space without being fancy.  The rooms upstairs are big enough, but not huge..

The home is within walking distance to shops, cafes and open space. I see it appealing to mature buyers who have either off loaded their children or are close to doing so. Given that there are not many homes of this quality available for this market, this should be a sought after home.
