Ready to move straight in and very well set up for a young family, particularly with teenagers.

The floor plan is where this home wins. Multiple living zones, good separation when you need it, and then everyone can together in the open plan living at the rear. Natural light works, the open plan flows properly, and good connection to the alfresco.

Zoning is clear and logical. Parents at the front with the main bedroom downstairs, kids upstairs with two bedrooms and their own rumpus. For two teenagers, it’s close to ideal. For three, splitting across levels might not be how you want to live, depends on your family dynamic.
 
There’s a large gum tree at the front and two significant gum trees at the rear. If a pool is part of the plan, this becomes a positioning and due diligence conversation, not a simple yes or no. Root systems, what’s happened below ground, and how that impacts usable space all need to be properly understood before getting carried away.
