Great entry level home into a fantastic Canterbury Street - obvious concern here is the school next door (noise during the day,  future development etc). Floor plan is quite fiunctional and flows well - like the way north sun is acknowledged and brought into the living areas. A cosmetic update inside would transform this no end and would rather strightforward to do.
