A lot to like about this home – a quaint midsized Edwardian with a dated but very livable reno.
 
Position: Gascoigne or fringe Gascoigne? Either way – it’s a great location and in the better part of Westgarth St. This is a premier family area close to most things but far enough away to have slightly less traffic and close to the much-loved Central Park. Corner spot gives you options even though back yard is a little tight.
 
Property: This home, for a smaller family, has a really good feel and yes it needs some work but there is flexibility - no work, a little work or lots of work. Either way it still works and either way it will be good on resale without over capitalising.
 
Price: The mid 2’s market for period homes is explosive right now and so the question is – do you want to pay a small premium or wait till you get beaten by somebody else’s premium?
