Position: Close to everything and beachside of main highway - one way street. Flats to rear are well disguised by Palm - leave it.
Property: Look it needs work but its liveable with some TLC now and then take the back off and go up as well. North light - flat block - go in from side as in orignal design and get another room back - small car only - but you can't have everything.
Price: At $3000 persqm for land a a small amount for the home - its doing it for me if you are an entry level buyer, with aspirations to improve as cash flow does. The area would sustain a near $2m sale for a smart version of this now - so you are not overcapitalising in the future.
